Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Gaffer Notes. By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we provide

Gaffer Notes publishes AI-generated informational analysis of football matches. Content is produced from fixture feeds, limited form data, and retrieved web context. It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or betting advice, and we do not offer or accept bets.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register, subscribe, or use premium content. You confirm you are 18+ and legally allowed to use this kind of information in your country. We may suspend accounts that fail age checks.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is sold as a recurring Stripe subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Prices are shown on the pricing page in the stated currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel via Account → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate the account for abuse. Refunds are considered case by case and otherwise follow Stripe’s processes and applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or republish premium tips; attack the site; share your login; or use the service for unlawful activity. We may terminate accounts for abuse, chargebacks we reasonably believe are fraudulent, or illegal activity.

5. No guarantees

Past win rates, confidence bands, and track-record figures do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including whether to gamble, and for complying with gambling and consumer laws where you live. If you choose to gamble, do so only with money you can afford to lose and use operator tools such as deposit limits.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and generated tips are owned by Gaffer Notes or its licensors. A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view premium content during the paid period.

7. Affiliates

Where affiliate or bookmaker links appear, we may earn a commission if you click or sign up. That does not change the “not advice” position above.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Gaffer Notes is operated by Andrew Newhouse, 9 Gisburn Grove, Burnley BB10 4NW. Questions, billing, and account requests: info@gaffernotes.com. Automatic messages such as password resets are sent from noreply@gaffernotes.com and do not need a reply.
